Penstemon baccharifolius Diablo™ (Rock Penstemon)

This shrubby evergreen perennial, native to south Texas, forms a small clump of deep green foliage. It blooms in the late spring and summer with short terminal spikes of rose-red flowers that attract hummingbirds. Plant in full sun to part shade and provide excellent drainage.
