Nolina microcarpa (Bear Grass)

Accent/Succulent

Native to the Southwest, this grass-like plant forms a clump of slender leathery green leaves with finely toothed margins. The leaf tips fray to form white curly-Q's. In the summer it sends up a tall stalk of green flowers. Plant in full sun or part shade exposures, and well-drained soil.
