Landscape Designer Bryan Harris, with Dig It Design, revitalized the front yard of this Phoenix residence. He first removed all existing lawn and water wasting plants, and then converted it to a drought tolerant Sonoran Desert emulation. The result is a very aesthetically pleasing front garden, utilizing a specimen saguaro as the focal point with native perennials, groundcovers, grasses, shrubs and cacti. Harris also integrated raised Cor-Ten steel planters paired with CMU block pony walls, forming a harmonious relationship between the built and natural environments.
