Plants & Availability
This slow-growing, multi-trunked evergreen shrub or small tree is native to southern Arizona and Mexico at elevations from 2500 to 5000 feet. The dark green, leathery, lance-shaped leaves resemble those of oleander, except the margins are serrated. Flattened clusters of tiny white flowers appear in late spring, eventually developing into persistant tan fruit. Plant in full sun and well-drained soils. This plant requires no maintenance.
